2. Products and Services

  1. Product Authenticity
    Xiaomi BrandShop Kenya guarantees that all products sold (e.g., Redmi smartphones, POCO gaming phones, Mi smartwatches, and accessories) are 100% authentic and come with a 2-year official Xiaomi warranty.

  2. Pricing and Availability

    • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
    • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
    • We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel orders affected by the error and issue a full refund.
  3. Order Processing

    • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification failures, or suspected fraud.
    • We offer same-day delivery in Nairobi and nationwide shipping within 1–3 business days, subject to our Shipping Policy.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Methods
    We accept payments via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.

  2. Payment Issues
    If a payment fails or is flagged for fraud, we may delay or cancel the order until the issue is resolved. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

  3. Refunds
    Refunds are processed per our Return Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. BrandPoints Program

  1. Participation
    By joining our BrandPoints program, you agree to its rules:

    • Earn Points: 5 points for signing up, 1 point per KSh 100 spent, 10 points per friend referral, and bonus points for social media engagement.
    • Tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers offer increasing rewards (e.g., 1.5x points for Gold, 2x for Platinum).
    • Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or exclusive experiences, subject to availability.
  2. Program Changes
    We reserve the right to modify or terminate the BrandPoints program at any time. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.


5. Returns and Warranties

  1. Returns
    Our Return Policy allows returns within 30 days for eligible products in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  2. Warranties
